4. User Accounts and Registration

6.2 Work Authorization

By applying to join our network, you represent and warrant that you are legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship. False representation may result in immediate termination and potential legal action.

6.3 Background Verification

We reserve the right to conduct background checks, verify credentials, and contact references for all network professionals. Participation in our network constitutes consent to such verification processes.

7. Client Terms

7.1 Project Requirements

Clients agree to:

10. Disclaimers and Limitations

While we carefully vet our network professionals, we do not guarantee specific project outcomes. Professional performance is subject to project requirements, site conditions, and other factors beyond our control.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ASTROMERGE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Astromerge and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Service.

12. Termination

12.1 Termination by Us

We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

You may terminate your use of our Service at any time by discontinuing use and notifying us of your intention to terminate.

No waiver by Astromerge of any term or condition set forth in these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or condition or a waiver of any other term or condition.

19. Assignment
